Our Services are not targeted towards children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18. HippoWallet is a fully decentralized non-custodial wallet. Your Recovery Phrase holds the keys to your crypto and only you have access to your wallet. HippoWallet does not store any of your personal information nor able to restore your backup and passwords. As a result, HippoWallet Team never has access to your funds. This means that if you lost the Recovery Phrase or in the event your phone is broken, stolen, lost or the app is deleted accidentally, you lose access to your money.
